Job Description:
The HR Manager will oversee the full spectrum of HR functions including talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, performance management, and HR operations. This is a strategic and operational role suited for a hands-on HR leader who thrives in a high-growth, tech-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all HR operations and ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and regulatory requirements
- Lead recruitment and onboarding processes to support rapid growth across tech, product, and business functions
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and frameworks in line with company values and business goals
- Provide strategic HR guidance to senior leadership and act as a trusted advisor on organizational development
- Manage compensation, benefits, and payroll in collaboration with finance and external providers
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a strong workplace culture
- Lead performance management cycles and support training and development plans
- Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data, ensuring confidentiality and compliance
- Liaise with external consultants, PROs, and government authorities for visa, employment, and labor-related matters
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certification (CIPD, SHRM) is a plus
- Minimum 6–10 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role, ideally in fintech, tech, or high-growth industries
- In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices
- Proven ability to lead HR operations, manage cross-functional teams, and support business growth
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build trust at all levels
- Experience working in fast-paced, multicultural environments
- Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office suite Fluent in English and Arabic
