Job Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
- Identify and develop new customers and markets across Asia (and occasionally US/Europe).
- Maintain and grow long-term relationships with existing customers.
- Conduct regular customer visits, technical presentations, and contract negotiations.
- Provide technical advice, demonstrations, and customized solutions to meet customer needs.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and tenders.
- Take responsibility for sales and marketing of assigned product lines (equipment & materials for SMT/Semicon).
Marketing & Exhibitions
- Organize and participate in regional and international trade shows, conferences, and exhibitions.
- Work with marketing teams to develop brochures, technical data sheets, and promotional materials.
Operations & Coordination
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, principals, and Business Units to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with engineering and product development teams to provide feedback and support product improvement.
- Act as Product Leader for assigned portfolio, driving product knowledge and adoption in the market.
Team Support
- Train, support, and provide technical guidance to overseas sales teams and distributors.
- Share best practices and coordinate regional sales efforts to align with company objectives.
Job Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Science, or Business.
- 2–5 years of experience in regional technical sales, preferably in Semiconductor and SMT industries.
- Proven track record in business development and customer relationship management.
- Strong technical knowledge of SMT/semiconductor equipment and materials.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Willing to travel frequently within Asia; flexible with travel schedules.
- Good command of spoken/written English; knowledge of an additional Asian language is an advantage.
