Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Regional Strategic Marketing Executive:
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute short- and mid-term application or segment-specific strategies to support regional business growth, in line with overall organizational goals.
- Initiate and manage new business development activities by integrating market research, application analysis, and marketing strategies.
- Propose business plans and contribute to the strategic framework to support market expansion and long-term growth.
- Conduct comprehensive market and business reviews, analyze key trends, customer feedback (VOC), and performance metrics to inform decision-making.
- Collaborate across departments and business units to align product offerings with operational execution, ensuring strategic consistency.
- Coordinate with global and regional counterparts to support both local and international marketing initiatives.
- Enhance application-focused marketing efforts by delivering strategic insights, market intelligence, and promotional tools.
- Lead product training programs, including the development of relevant materials and coordination of knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Identify new market opportunities and build a complete application portfolio to ensure market relevance and positioning.
- Design and deliver application-specific promotional materials such as functional diagrams and other engagement tools.
- Provide customers with value-added insights by summarizing product-related information, enabling informed decision-making.
- Act as a subject matter expert for assigned applications, engaging directly with clients to support technical discussions and guide application design decisions.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Business, or Marketing.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in product marketing or promotional activities.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders.
- Capable of leading discussions and aligning differing perspectives to reach shared goals.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet tight deadlines, and work independently.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and extract actionable insights.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, for reporting and presentation purposes.
Additional Information:
- Salary: Up to SGD 4,800 + AWS + VB (2 - 3 Months)
- Working Location: Yishun
- Working Hours: 5 Days Work, Monday to Friday, 8.15am - 5.30pm
