Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Regional Strategic Planning Senior Assistant Executive/ Executive:

Job Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage the schedule, documentation, and follow-up for internal strategy meetings, including minute-taking, tracking action items, and stakeholder communication
Support the development and implementation of corporate policies and strategic plans
Work closely with business leaders to assist in the execution of internal department strategies
Facilitate policy management activities under the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) framework
Organize and co-facilitate key meetings such as regional sales reviews and monthly strategy sessions
Coordinate with regional teams to support strategic alignment across ASEAN and South Asia
Serve as liaison for external group-wide activities such as customer satisfaction and quality-related initiatives
Prepare reports and presentation materials for internal and regional discussions

Job Requirements:

Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Accounting, Mathematics, or a related discipline
Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience preferred
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and schedule management skills to coordinate multiple tasks effectively
Able to summarize meeting discussions accurately and identify key action items
Positive, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work across functions and cultures
