You will be responsible for:
- Business Development & Account Management
- Identify and secure new wholesale partnerships in target markets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to optimize profitability and long-term growth.
- Conduct regular business reviews with partners to assess performance and opportunities.
- Sales & Revenue Growth
- Develop and execute a regional wholesale strategy to meet sales targets.
- Forecast demand and set sales goals aligned with Sunnystep’s growth objectives.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Work closely with marketing and product teams to support wholesale initiatives.
- Market Expansion & Competitive Analysis
- Research potential markets and assess entry strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences.
- Provide recommendations on pricing, product assortment, and positioning.
- Identify and attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to increase brand exposure.
- Operational & Financial Management
- Manage order fulfillment, inventory planning, and logistics coordination for wholesale accounts.
- Ensure efficient payment collection and minimize financial risks.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth wholesale operations and customer satisfaction.
We would want to speak with you if you are / have –
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in wholesale, business development, or sales, preferably in retail or footwear.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to drive sales growth and expand market presence.
- Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel for business development and partner meetings.
