Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across multiple restaurant outlets
- Ensure consistent execution of company standards in food quality, service, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction
- Lead and coach outlet managers to meet business KPIs including sales targets, cost control, and profitability
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operations, increase sales, and enhance the customer experience
- Monitor and manage staffing, scheduling, and manpower planning
- Conduct regular audits, spot checks, and performance reviews
- Manage inventory levels, procurement, and supplier relations
- Collaborate with HR on hiring, training, and employee development plans
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Hospitality, Business Management, or related field
- At least 5 years of F&B management experience , with 2+ years in multi-outlet supervision
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and manage large teams
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
- Good command of English; Mandarin or other languages is a plus
- Familiar with POS systems, sales reporting, and manpower scheduling tools
- Willing to travel between outlets and work on weekends/public holidays when required
