Job Summary :
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Western cuisine restaurant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, effective team leadership, smooth kitchen and floor coordination, and the overall profitability of the restaurant. (Working Location - Serangoon Way Garden)
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage daily restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house activities
- Lead and motivate the team to deliver exceptional customer service
- Ensure food quality and presentation meet company standards
- Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
- Handle customer feedback and resolve any service issues promptly
- Monitor inventory and coordinate with suppliers to ensure stock availability
- Enforce hygiene, health, and safety regulations in compliance with local laws
- Develop and implement marketing or promotional strategies to drive business
- Manage budgets, control costs, and analyze financial reports to improve profitability
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, ambiance, and restaurant upkeep
- Have good knowledge of beef steak, including different cuts, doneness levels, and preparation methods
Requirements :
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager, preferably in Western cuisine
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and food safety standards
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Customer-service oriented with a problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work under pressure and manage a dynamic team
- Willing to work on weekends and public holidays
- Permanent off day is Monday
- Good command of English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
