What We’re Looking For:
We're hiring an Restaurant Manager who’s equally at home leading a floor team, jumping behind the bar to mix up a signature cocktail, and thinking about how to grow revenue and reputation. You’ll be the right hand to our GM and a key player in making Hermanos a name people remember (and return to).
Your Responsibilities
Operations & People
- Manage day-to-day restaurant and bar operations with a hands-on approach.
- Lead, coach, and schedule FOH staff, ensuring excellent service and smooth shifts.
- Oversee opening/closing duties, stock levels, cleanliness, and safety checks.
- Handle guest feedback with warmth, professionalism, and speed.
Bartending & Experience
- Jump behind the bar when needed to serve drinks with flair and speed.
- Train bar staff on cocktail recipes, bar hygiene, and guest engagement.
- Uphold high-quality drink presentation and consistency.
Revenue & Brand Growth
- Drive daily/weekly sales by optimizing upselling, promotions, and events.
- Collaborate with marketing to grow online reviews, foot traffic, and local presence.
- Monitor and hit revenue and cost targets, including COGS and labor efficiency.
- Share ideas for loyalty programs, happy hours, and other traffic drivers.
You Should Have
- At least 5 years of experience in restaurant or bar management, with bartending background.
- A love for hospitality, hustle, and high standards.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team motivation skills.
- A sharp eye for service details and a head for numbers (POS systems, inventory, etc).
