Lead the Team
- Initial changes or initiatives by Management
- Communicate in detail to the whole team/within departments
- Weekly Schedule/Staffing/Timetabling
- Enforce general cleaning of the cafe
- Weekly Cash Bank-In of Daily Sale
- Ensure that Weekly Sale Recording Documentations are accurate/errors free
- Monthly compilation of all Invoices, COD, Delivery Dockets, Payment Slips and Recordings, preparing them for the Accountant.
- Ensure the POS system is running and error free
- Ensure supplies are always enough
Service, Operation and Cleanliness:
- Front of house customer service and experience
- Making Coffee and Beverages
- Bar Perp
- Proficiency in coffee knowledge and skills
- Cashiering
- Opening and Closing the shop
- Watering and care for the plants
- Condition of all coffee equipment & monitor breakage
Shop maintenance:
- Maintain cleanliness of the cafe
- Plumbing
- Air Conditioning
- Pest Control
- Plant Maintenance
- Furniture Upkeep
