Job Responsibilities:
Customer Service & Sales Support
- Greet and attend to walk-in customers in a warm, professional manner
- Support the team in providing a positive in-store experience
- Answer basic product enquiries and assist in consultations where appropriate
Store Operations
- Assist in daily opening and closing routines of the store
- Maintain store tidiness and visual merchandising standards
- Restock and organise display items and packaging materials
Job Requirements:
- Ability to commit at least 1 weekend per week
- Working hours 11am to 8.30 pm with 1 hour break, $12-14 per hour depending on experience
- Well-spoken with clear and professional communication
- Good grooming and presentation to reflect the brand’s aesthetic
