Join our team and take the lead in keeping our stores at their best! You’ll conduct housekeeping audits, coach store teams, manage supplies, and ensure every outlet meets our high standards. You will be reporting directly to the Head of Retail Operations.
Working Days: Mon - Sun (5-Days Work Week)
Working Hours: 10.50AM - 9.30PM
Responsibilities:
- Housekeeping Compliance Audits – Conduct regular reviews of store housekeeping standards using the approved Housekeeping Checklist . Ensure all checklist items are fully adhered to. On-the-job training (OJT) will be provided to familiarise with each requirement in detail.
- Rectifying Non-Compliance – Identify and address any deviations from housekeeping standards. Provide guidance, coaching, and hands-on assistance to store teams to correct bad practices and maintain compliance.
- Store Visit Scheduling & Monitoring – Plan and conduct in-person store inspections at least once per month per outlet, performing thorough checks of all areas. Coordinate with Store Managers to submit weekly photographs of key areas requiring ongoing monitoring.
- Housekeeping Inventory Management – Oversee inventory and supply levels for housekeeping items (e.g., stain remover, vacuum, glass tape). Evaluate and recommend improved housekeeping tools, products, and solutions for greater efficiency and quality.
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent; relevant retail or operations experience is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot and address compliance gaps.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for effective coaching and collaboration with store teams.
- Organised, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel across multiple store locations.
