- Develop annual marketing plan and retail marketing activities through segmentation, targeting and positioning of new product/service offerings.
- Manage promotions with clear objectives and return of investment (ROI) perspective.
- Responsible for communications for all promotions and activities
- Conduct market research to gather information about target audiences, competitors, and industry trends.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop marketing materials, such as brochures and product information sheets.
- Complete any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

- 3 years and above experience in related field
- Strong communication skills with the ability to turn data into marketing actions.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and good at problem solving.
- Able to manage multiple projects and work well in a team.
