• Building lasting relationships with guests and designers, develop trust and friendship while designing their home spaces.
• Maintain a deep understanding of products, industry trends, and customization options.
• Achieve monthly targets on leads and sales, meet Key Performance Indicators, and continuously look to grow with the company.
• Ensure excellent customer service, handle retail responsibilities, and offer interior decoration solutions adhering to Proof Living's guidelines.
• Collaborate with in-store Interior Stylists and actively follow up on sales orders and deliveries.
