The successful candidate will be responsible to ensure smooth daily operation of the retail store located in Singapore. Manage walk-in customers to create a good customer experience and brand impression and to support sales and marketing events.
Key Responsibilities / Duties & Responsibilities:
- To deliver retail and showroom sales targets, without compromising the brand image
- Attend to all sales enquiries (online and walk-ins) and build good customer experience by giving professional advices on product’s features and benefits
- Preparation of sales proposals/quotations to potential customers and follow up on sales opportunities
- Pro-active role in client relationship management and new business leads penetration
- Responsible for order processing and provides effective coordination with operations, warehouse and logistics team to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Support the manager in the day to day operations of the showroom. This includes cleanliness of the LEC showroom, product displays, cash and inventory management, etc.
- To maintain proper records of sales funnel and update the team regularly on key opportunities
- To support the sales and marketing team on the implementation of marketing campaigns. This includes trade shows, promotions, events, etc
