Job Description
Manage all Frontline Staff assigned
- Be a Leader to motivate and guide team members in becoming true Shilla Ambassadors
- Drive sales and work on sales initiatives to maximize sales potentials to achieve sales targets
- Handle all employee disciplinary matters, provide counselling and enforce disciplinary actions
- Ensure compliance of SOPs of selling standards, customer service quality and attitudes, grooming matters and adherence to all established operational policies and procedures
- Handle rostering and manpower planning
Sales Reports and Targets
- Prepare all required sales reports and forecasting for assigned terminal
- Customer Service
- Work closely with Customer Service Team to manage and resolve customer-related feedback
KEY REQUIREMENTS & COMPETENCIES
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level
- Prior experience in Cosmetic and Perfume sales in a Supervisory capacity, with passion in the industry
- Experience in travel retail background preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a pleasant personality
- Strong customer service mentality, proactive and willing to learn attitude
- Able to perform retail operational hours, including weekends and public holidays
- Must be comfortable to work in Changi Airport
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $2,800.00 - $3,500.00 per month
