Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support:
- Customer Inquiries: Help respond to basic customer inquiries, providing information or directing them to the appropriate person.
- Order Processing: Assist in entering and processing customer orders, ensuring details are recorded correctly.
- Data Entry: Support data entry tasks, including downloading and verifying information from driver handheld devices.
- Invoice Support: Help prepare and issue invoices, ensuring they are accurate and sent out on time.
- System Support: Assist with uploading sales data into the Navision system.
- E-Invoice Assistance : Support the process of submitting e-invoices to customers.
- Driver Coordination: Assist with coordinating driver schedules and deliveries.
- General Admin Tasks: Perform routine administrative duties, such as filing, document organization, and managing sales & marketing work supplies.
Marketing Support:
- Marketing PO and Invoice Support: Help manage marketing-related purchase orders and invoices.
- OOS Monitoring: Assist in tracking out-of-stock (OOS) items and reporting them.
- Customer Complaints Tracking: Help log and follow up on customer complaints.
- Marketing Activities Support: Provide assistance with marketing events, promotions, and other activities.
Requirement:
- Minimum ‘O’ Level
- Proficiency in MS Word & Excel
- Bilingual in English & Mandarin
- Able to work under pressure, multi task & independently
- Immediate
