Responsibilities:-
- Welcoming and engaging with customers as they enter the shop.
- Ability in maintaining the tidiness of shop.
- Ability to display & refresh all visual merchandising display according to guidelines.
- Handles customer feedbacks / complaints efficiently.
- Maintain healthy stock inventory at store, based on the Based Stock & Global Count.
- Coordinates, liaises, and assists customer on service-after-sales (repair).
- Handles and manages shop cash register and accounts appropriately.
Requirements:-
- Previous retail, sales and/or hospitality experience a major plus.
- Computer literate; familiarity using POS systems.
- Extremely personable, positive, and approachable.
- Fantastic customer service skills.
- Able and willing to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
