Responsibilities:-
- Responsible for the sales target of assigned counter in departmental store.
- Ability in maintaining the tidiness of the assigned counter.
- Ability to display & refresh all visual merchandising display according to guidelines.
- Maintain good customer services.
- Handles customer feedbacks / complaints efficiently.
- Maintain healthy stock inventory at counter, based on the Based Stock & Global Count.
- Ability to update Management on market competition, demand and changes.
- Performs any other responsibilities as assigned by the Management.
Requirements:-
- Previous experience in customer-facing roles.
- Basic understanding of sales tactics and customer service best practices.
- Effective interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
- Able and willing to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
