Our client is seeking: Sales Associate for Luxury Beauty Brand at duty free stores in Changi Airport
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively meet sales targets
- Share product knowledge to customers
- Demonstrate proper usage of products to customers
- Ensure smooth flow of customer service, maintaining daily housekeeping and merchandising
- Work as a team with store colleagues
- Adapt to fast changes in store environment
Incentives vary based on sales performance and monthly sales target.
Requirements
- Willing to work retail shifts on weekends and public holidays (19-22 9-hour shifts a month)
- Minimum ‘O’ level/diploma or equivalent level of education
- Additional education in relevant field or demonstration of extensive knowledge in beauty and skincare products is helpful
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience in retail, sales or FMCG industry
- Sales driven and proactive
- Team player with a positive mindset and pleasant disposition
- Enjoy operating in a fast-paced retail environment
- Strong communication skills
