Roles & Responsibilities
1. Order Management & Documentation
- Prepare and process sales quotations, invoices, and purchase orders accurately.
- Ensure timely order entries and track delivery progress.
- Maintain detailed records of all sales-related documentation and transactions.
2. Cross-Functional Coordination
- Act as liaison between sales, logistics, marketing, and finance teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- Communicate with clients on product availability, delivery timelines, and order updates.
3. CRM & Sales Reporting
- Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems.
- Generate periodic sales performance reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders.
4. Customer Service & Support
- Respond to customer inquiries professionally and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Follow up on pending orders to ensure customer satisfaction.
5. Sales Team Assistance
- Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team and management.
- Assist in the coordination of promotional activities or product launches when needed.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy.
- Prior experience in sales coordination, logistics, or administrative roles is a plus.
