Job Scopes :
Admin Assistant (HR Assistant)
- Answer phone calls and handle walk-in enquiries
- Manage appointment scheduling and meeting arrangements
- Perform data entry, filing, and document handling
- Support daily office operations and coordination
- Handle some HR Admin role (leave management, leave record, arrange interview, etc.)
Sales Coordinator
- Handle customer inquiries and prepare quotations
- Support sales team with order processing and follow-ups
- Coordinate delivery schedules with logistics and customers
- Maintain and update sales records and reports
- Communicate with clients for after-sales service and feedback
Job Requirements:
