We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) who is enthusiastic about connecting with people and can open conversations that turn into real sales opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and engage inbound and outbound leads
- Schedule appointments and demos for sales executives
- Maintain detailed CRM records and pipeline activities
- Work closely with marketing to nurture leads through campaigns
- Achieve monthly lead conversion targets
Requirements
- Diploma or degree with excellent communication skills
- Motivated self-starter with a competitive spirit
- Familiarity with sales tools and CRM systems
