We are looking for a Sales Director to join our team in Singapore! A Sales Director is an individual contributor role and its primary function is to represent the company and our portfolio of products and services to our customers and prospects alike. Solution selling this portfolio requires reps who can engage senior marketing leaders within B2B tech companies. Working within a collaborative and supportive environment, the successful candidate will inherit a book of existing business but will also need to be able to generate their own new business. The successful candidate will be able to provide evidence of how they help customers solve complex problems.
Responsibilities
- To provide timely updates to the southeast-Asia regional commercial lead and Managing Director
- To participate in, where necessary, any Foundry-related sales training or enablement events
- To work with Foundry’s in region customer success organization to ensure timely execution of client programs that feature foundry products
- To provide accurate and timely updates of commercial activities in the Foundry CRM system To execute any other commercial duties as directed by the Foundry Asia Pacific Managing Director

Skills & Abilities
- Ten years or more experience of carrying a B2B sales target within a similar environment (martech, publishing, content, AdTech, data, lead gen, ABM, SaaS)
- A quick learner, there is a lot to onboard in a short space of time.
- A sound understanding of the B2B sales process and the value and application of data, especially first party, to drive marketing and sales pipeline.
- Be effective at solving complex marketing problems as well as managing customer expectations.
- You are used to portfolio selling i.e. you sell more than one baseline product
- You are comfortable engaging with senior marketing professionals about their strategic requirements.
- Has worked within a fast paced, high-performance sales environment.
- Able to manage their own pipeline and place importance on accurate forecasting.
- Resourceful, motivated and enjoys the sales process.
- You are collaborative by nature and work as well with internal stakeholders as you do external.
- Is familiar with the current digital media/data/martech landscape.
- Solid O365 skills, especially Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint. Salesforce, Salesloft & Seismic are other core apps
