Job Description:
- Proactively manage daily tasks to open accounts and follow up with customers, ensuring they visit workshops to meet monthly KPIs.
- Submit sales documents to clients promptly for quotes or payments.
- Pay attention to detail to prevent inaccuracies in documents sent to clients.
- Communicate effectively with internal staff and the warehouse to ensure timely delivery of tyres to clients.
- Think creatively to benefit Client’s business and improve profitability.
- Manage customer and company expectations daily, prioritizing profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Take ownership of the business to ensure customer satisfaction with our services and products.
- Ensure timely invoicing and collection of monthly client billings.
