- Build a strong understanding of the company’s products and applications through training sessions, seminars, and on-the-job learning.
- Provide technical consultation and support to customers, recommending suitable products and services to meet application needs across various industries.
- Adapt quickly to changing expectations and address challenges presented by customers.
- Respond to customer requests promptly and efficiently.
- Consistently secure new customers and maintain effective relationships.
- Visit customer sites approximately three days per week to promote and sell products and services across a wide range of manufacturing and related sectors.
- Collaborate on account strategies and contribute to the territory’s overall strategic plan.
- Implement strategies for new product launches successfully.
- Achieve growth in market share within the assigned sales territory.
- Organize and coordinate off-site seminars and trade shows when required.
- Manage daily activities independently with minimal supervision.
- Adhere to company and departmental policies and procedures. Perform other duties or projects as assigned.
