Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Development:
- Identify and capture premium EV sales opportunities for Denza’s luxury electric vehicle lineup in Singapore.
- Develop targeted sales strategies for high-net-worth individuals, corporate fleets, and luxury car buyers.
- Build networks through exclusive events, private showcases, and personal referrals.
2. Client Engagement:
- Provide bespoke, high-touch product demonstrations and consultations.
- Deliver tailored ownership solutions that emphasize Denza’s premium craftsmanship, cutting-edge technology, and prestige.
- Negotiate and close deals with a focus on discreet, concierge-style customer service.
3. Market Intelligence:
- Stay ahead of luxury EV market developments, competitor launches, and affluent consumer trends.
- Provide strategic feedback to management to enhance brand positioning and product desirability.
4. Customer Relationship Management:
- Cultivate lasting relationships with high-value clients.
- Proactively anticipate customer needs and deliver post-purchase follow-up to exceed expectations.
5. Sales Administration:
- Maintain accurate and confidential customer and sales records using CRM tools. Prepare detailed reports and premium market forecasts for management.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3–5 years of premium or luxury automotive sales experience (EV experience highly preferred).
- Strong track record of engaging high-net-worth clients and achieving top-tier sales results.
- Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Deep understanding of Singapore’s luxury automotive market and emerging EV trends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
