We are seeking a driven and self-motivated Sales Executive – Corporate to be responsible for identifying, engaging, and securing corporate clients, with a strong emphasis on proactive lead generation and relationship-building.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, prospect, and secure new corporate clients for WSQ training programs
- Conduct client meetings and presentations to understand training needs and propose suitable course solutions
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing accounts for repeat business
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Collaborate with internal teams (Academy, Operations, and Partnerships) to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery
- Keep updated on WSQ frameworks, government funding schemes, and relevant training trends
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and post-sale reports as needed
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Sales, or related field
- 1–3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in training, education, or HR services
- Self-starter with a strong ability to hunt for leads and work independently
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Good understanding of corporate training needs and sales cycles
- Prior knowledge of WSQ or government-funded training programs is a plus
