Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Understand client needs and propose suitable solutions or products to meet their requirements.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, technical) to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in sales, business development, or account management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and target-oriented. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
