Job Title: Sales Executive – Smart Lighting Solutions
Salary: Basic $2,500/month + 3% Commission on Project Revenue
Location: Singapore
Job Description:
- Prospect and reach out to potential clients in the property, project, and facility management sectors.
- Present smart lighting solutions and explain how they support energy savings and operational efficiency.
- Follow up with leads, conduct site visits, and work with the internal technical team to prepare proposals.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and build a strong referral base.
- Work towards monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide basic after-sales support and liaise with internal project teams to ensure successful delivery.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience, ideally B2B or in industries like lighting, electrical, construction, property, or facilities.
- Candidates with a background in facility/project/property management who want to move into sales are also welcome.
- Confident, self-motivated, and goal-driven personality.
- Good communication skills
- Willing to travel for site visits and meet clients across Singapore.
