- Drive and lead sales activities across all freight forwarding products – Ocean, Air, and Courier.
- Focus on new business development; a true hunter role.
- Generate leads, secure appointments, and present proposals through multiple communication channels.
- Manage sales pipelines and respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- Plan and execute weekly sales calls and follow up on all leads.
- Provide timely sales updates through weekly and monthly reports.
- Stay informed of market trends, including competitor activity, carriers, and customer needs.
- Take ownership of profit and loss performance.
- Respond to tenders and RFQs promptly.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams such as operations, account management, and finance. Perform any other duties assigned by management.
