On behalf of our client, we are seeking a detail-oriented and resourceful Sales Operations Executive to support the end-to-end execution of sales processes. This role will be key in ensuring operational efficiency, data accuracy, and strong coordination between internal teams to drive smooth commercial operations.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the full sales process including quotations, purchase orders, and delivery follow-ups
- Support pricing, margin calculations, and deal structuring with accuracy and timeliness
- Ensure sales data, records, and forecasts are accurately maintained across internal systems
- Liaise with finance, logistics, and technical teams to ensure seamless post-sales fulfilment
- Monitor contract renewals, service expiry dates, and assist in proposal generation
- Generate reports and dashboards on pipeline status, sales performance, and order tracking
Requirements
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with a focus on precision and timeliness
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other productivity tools
- Ability to collaborate across departments and communicate clearly with both internal and external stakeholders
- Familiarity with IT solutions, systems integration, or enterprise technology environments is a plus
- Self-motivated, process-driven, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced commercial environment
