About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Program Manager to lead our Program Business Section. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth, expanding our customer base, and ensuring successful project execution. You will oversee a high-performing team, develop strategic sales plans, and foster strong customer relationships across key market segments.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow existing accounts and penetrate new markets.
- Drive achievement of sales targets and ensure profitability of the program unit.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and market insights to support business planning.
- Lead customer engagements including presentations, plant tours, and technical discussions.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Maintain and update promotional materials, corporate brochures, and company profiles.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and industry stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with document control standards and the Quality Management System (QMS).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, program management, or business development in Contract Manufacturing or Automation Robotic field.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing customer accounts.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in manufacturing, engineering services, or industrial sectors is a plus.
