With a strong presence in Singapore and a focus on innovation and customer-centricity, we are seeking a driven and dynamic Sales Specialist to join our team.

Position Overview:

As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving business development efforts, building client relationships, and promoting our factoring solutions to SMEs and large corporates. You will play a key role in identifying financing needs, delivering customized solutions, and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities by prospecting and generating leads across various industries.
  • Understand clients’ financing requirements and present tailored factoring solutions to address their working capital needs.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure and onboarding.
  • Initiate sales strategies to acquire new clients and grow the business portfolio.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including credit, operations, and legal, to ensure smooth transaction execution.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes.
  • Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in factoring, trade finance, commercial banking, or financial services.
  • Strong understanding of corporate financing, receivables management, and credit analysis will be an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrate confidence in handling challenging situations with clients.
  • Highly self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Possess excellent skills in networking.
  • Existing network of SME and corporate clients in Singapore is a plus.

  • SGD 7,000 to 8,000/-
  • No commission, bonus on performance
