Key Information:
- Working location in the North area (nearest MRT TEL Line)
- 8.30am to 5.30pm 5 day work week US MNC
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer enquiries via phone and email
- Prepare and process quotations and orders promptly
- Ensure accurate entry of Sales and Purchase Orders in the system
- Coordinate with suppliers, warehouse, and freight forwarders for timely deliveries
- Manage export documentation as needed
- Issue invoices for completed orders
- Provide administrative support to the Sales team to help achieve sales targets
Requirements:
- NITEC or Diploma in Business or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service, order processing, and export shipping
- Strong communication skills with a customer-focused mindset
- A Team player
- Immediate or short notice candidates preferred
