Beauty Salon Customer Service / Receptionist

- 5.5 days work week
- Working hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Answer customer inquiries promptly via phone, WhatsApp, and other channels
- Schedule and manage client appointments, and make adjustments when needed
- Assist in checking and recording inventory levels, and report any shortages in time
- Maintain accurate client records, including contact details and appointment history
- Communicate with salon staff to ensure smooth daily operations
- Perform other duties as assigned by the management
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service or receptionist role preferred
- Good communication skills and a friendly, approachable personality
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with common office software
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work on a roster basis
