Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day salon operations, ensuring smooth workflow and excellent client service.
- Lead, manage, and develop the salon team, including stylists, consultants, and support staff.
- Handle client consultations and guide them through the full hair replacement process.
- Work closely with vendors and suppliers for inventory control and product sourcing.
- Implement and maintain training programs tailored to wigs, hair systems, and client care.
- Plan and execute marketing and sales initiatives to drive client acquisition and revenue growth.
- Monitor business performance, analyse KPIs, and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency. Collaborate with company management to develop and execute expansion plans.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of working experience in the salon, hair, or beauty industry.
- Proven leadership experience in a salon management or equivalent role.
- Strong knowledge or experience with hair replacement systems and wigs is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
- Business-savvy mindset with the ability to lead a team and grow a brand.
