• Spearhead a fast-paced identity transformation initiative, managing the redesign and migration of over 2,000 user accounts using enterprise IAM platforms (BeyondTrust, Ping Identity, or other similar brands).
• Drive the setup and streamlining of core identity processes—such as user onboarding, offboarding, and periodic access reviews—within a defined short-term delivery window.
• Customize and administer privileged access policies through the IAM tool, while designing and refining governance automation to close compliance and security loopholes.
• Work cross-functionally with technical teams, security leads, and business stakeholders to align goals, remove blockers, and accelerate decision-making.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on identity risk reduction, providing strategic input to ensure changes are secure, efficient, and supportable beyond the project timeline.
• Maintain clear, actionable documentation and facilitate structured handover sessions to enable internal teams to maintain and support IAM operations independently.
• Contribute to forward-looking discussions and roadmap planning for future IAM enhancements, with flexibility for continued involvement past the initial engagement period.
