[What the role is]
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced candidate for Rewards & Performance to join our team. The ideal candidate will be leading the compensation & benefits as well as performance management functions.[What you will be working on]
- Lead compensation and performance review exercises, including annual increments, bonuses, promotions, salary reviews, benchmarking, and staff appraisals.
- Oversee benefits administration and review, aligning with public sector guidelines, organisation’s Employee Value Proposition.
- Propose budget and provide audit support for salary and benefits related matters.
- Participate in organisation and sector-wide projects and discussions.
- Support any other assigned duties, as required for the role.

[What we are looking for]
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in rewards and performance.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, compensation, benefits, and performance management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Familiarity with Workday is advantageous
