- Oversee beverage preparation and ensure consistent product quality.
- Lead and train baristas in coffee techniques, customer service, and equipment maintenance.
- Deliver excellent customer experiences in a warm, welcoming café environment.
- Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to support smooth daily operations.
- Support sales and marketing initiatives by promoting new drinks and gathering customer feedback.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of supervisory experience
- Strong leadership skills
