Job Overview
We are looking for a seasoned Senior Creator Strategy Operation professional to lead our efforts in managing and growing TikTok's local services creators in Singapore. This role will be at the forefront of shaping our creator ecosystem, driving their growth and lifecycle management. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that enhance creator monetization and overall ecosystem health.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute influencer growth strategies and incentive systems to foster creator development and retention.
- Analyze creator monetization challenges and implement solutions to drive efficient growth within the creator ecosystem, focusing on traffic, product offerings, and user experience.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to validate and iterate scalable methodologies and productization mechanisms for creator growth.
- Maintain a deep understanding of commercial mechanisms, business models, and identify new business opportunities to expand growth potential.
