Ensure a best-in-class level of strategy, implementation, and reporting for all digital campaigns under your care. This means coordinating with multiple external (agencies) and internal (marketing department, go-to-market teams, product teams) stakeholders to make sure the campaigns are aligned with business goals pursued, and that they reach optimal performance.
Work closely with the media agency to calibrate the channel mix and the audience mix of each campaign under your care. Concurrently, working closely with the marketing department to help determine the best content mix for each campaign and funnel phase.
Review media performance during and after the campaign (together with the media agency) to help optimize the campaigns.
Relay campaign performances internally to multiple stakeholders (up to VP level) and various understanding levels.
Collaborate closely with the web team to continually evaluate and optimize the landing page and online funnels, aiming to improve CVR and CAC levels.
Research, identify, and propose new channels/audiences/content formats to continue improving campaign performance.
Partner with Finance to manage internal finance processes for campaigns.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Minimum 3 years’ experience as a digital media buyer.
Solid media buying experience on either Search Ads, Social Ads, Programmatic Ads.
Good understanding of web analytics tools (Adobe Analytics is a big plus).
Excellent analytical skills and willing to be hands-on with data
