Responsibilities
The role will assist in the functions described below:
Recruitment
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and selection
- Work with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and ensure timely fulfilment
- Coordinate with external recruitment agencies and job boards as needed
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes
Staff Welfare
- Support initiatives that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the workplace
- Propose recommendations for employee experience and wellness programmes
- Support the implementation of programmes and initiatives
Payroll administration
- Prepare and process payroll.
- Support in monthly CPF submissions, NS claims, government claims, filing of tax submission, and any other payroll-related matter
Other Projects
- Other projects/tasks may be assigned from time to time depending on business requirements
