Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the activities of Global Key Accounts (GKA), NVO's account management vide global network of Global Account Managers (GAMs), Regional Account Managers (RAMs) & Contract-Key Account Managers (C-KAMs) including developing data-driven insights for GKA NVOs with value-added proposals
- Maintain strong relationships with key influencers and decision makers at GKA NVOs
- Formulate, measure and track implementation of GKA NVO sales strategy & performance including GKA program governance, Sales Process SOPs and KPIs in alignment with 'ONE Force’
- Collaborate with stakeholders for continuous evaluation of GKA NVO performance vs. target and take timely corrective actions to address any gaps in performance
- Lead global coordination of GKA NVO annual business planning/targets, etc (including Eagle Planning) with GAMs, RAMs and C-KAMs
- Oversee the VID program of GKA NVO
- Manage oversight of GKA NVO global credit application, approval and payment process and subsequent performance (together with GHQ F&A team and global stakeholders)
- Drive GKA NVOs adoption of ONE e-Commerce and digitalization products for global service optimization
- Manage overall GKA NVO Customer satisfaction in conjunction with Global Customer Service Management team
- Align and execute Strategic and Tactical Sales initiatives in GKA NVO segment following ONE growth plans
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration
- 10+ years of Sales, Marketing or equivalent experience, preferably at the Regional or Global level in container shipping with proven ability in sales management and strategic business development in a multi-cultural environment
- Fronline sales and leadership experience (eg: Sales Manager, GAM, C/KAM, etc)
- Good communication and collaboration skills with professional and pleasant demeanor
- Ability to communicate, present and influence counterpart level of the organization
- Business driver with proven records in delivering results through team management
- Fluency in a multiple languages highly required
- Familiarity with regional operating context and experience in collaborating with regional management teams
- Proven ability to successfully strategise, implement, execute and achieve targets
- Ability to work well with all key internal and external stakeholders
- Proficiency in MS Office and good working knowledge of One Force Sales Cloud
