Key Responsibilities:
Public Relations & Media
- Develop and distribute press releases, media kits, and brand stories to enhance brand visibility.
- Create engaging, shareable content formats (e.g., feature articles, thought-leadership pieces, curated roundups) and identify opportunities for amplification through media, email marketing, and social platforms to ensure cohesive brand storytelling.
- Build and maintain relationships with journalists, media outlets, and influencers.
- Monitor media coverage and analyze PR campaign performance.
KOL Management
- Identify, engage, and manage partnerships with influencers.
- Oversee content approvals, contractual agreements, and performance tracking.
- Ensure influencer content aligns with brand messaging and marketing objectives.
Marketing Campaigns & Brand Initiatives
- Assist in the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns (social media, digital, in-store, etc.) to drive brand awareness and engagement.
- Support the organization and execution of brand activations, events, and photoshoots.
- Work cross-functionally to ensure campaign consistency across different marketing touchpoints.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in PR, influencer marketing, or brand communications.
- Strong writing and communication skills for press releases, marketing materials, and stakeholder engagement.
- Hands-on experience in media relations, influencer collaborations, and campaign execution.
- Well-established media network and strong KOL/influencer contacts to effectively drive PR and influencer initiatives.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for brand-building, storytelling, and consumer engagement.
