Position Purpose:
As the Senior Regional Director, you will play a strategic leadership role in accelerating revenue growth and expanding Info-Tech Research Group’s market presence in Southeast Asia. You will be responsible for driving commercial success across assigned markets through high-impact sales strategy, new business development, and strategic account management. This role involves leading client engagements, developing trusted C-level relationships, and working closely with internal stakeholders to deliver value to our clients through our IT research and advisory services.
You will also coach and mentor a growing sales team, contribute to regional go-to-market strategies, and collaborate with the global leadership team to align efforts with Info-Tech’s broader business goals.
Work Eligibility:
Applicants must have the legal right to work in Singapore, such as Singapore citizenship or permanent residency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead new business development and account expansion efforts across Southeast Asia, with a strong focus on enterprise and government sectors.
- Build, manage, and nurture high-value relationships with senior technology and business leaders, including CIOs and CxOs.
- Drive consistent pipeline generation through prospecting, lead nurturing, and market engagement initiatives.
- Deliver high-impact sales presentations and consultative pitches that align to client needs and Info-Tech’s value proposition.
- Manage and grow a personal book of business while overseeing sales opportunities across the regional pipeline.
- Collaborate with marketing, research, and advisory teams to tailor solutions, campaigns, and presentations.
- Provide feedback to senior leadership to improve client offerings and go-to-market strategies.
- Actively participate in sales coaching, training, and continuous professional development.
- Represent Info-Tech at industry events and networking opportunities to further brand visibility in the region
Key Qualifications:
- 12+ years of experience in enterprise sales or business development, preferably within the IT, SaaS, or advisory services sector.
- Demonstrated success in selling to IT and business leaders, especially in mid-to-large enterprise environments.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and delivering year-on-year growth.
- Experience working in a consultative B2B environment—ideally within the Southeast Asian market.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Strong business and commercial acumen with the ability to conduct value-based conversations.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and C-level engagement skills.
- Strategic mindset with the adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial setting.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant discipline.
- Willingness to travel regionally for client meetings and events.

Remote/In Office Policy:
This is a hybrid role based in Singapore. The successful candidate is expected to work from the office 4 days a week, with the option to work remotely 1 day a week.
