Retail Sale Associates ensure our retail stores operate smoothly and provide exemplary customer service. Educated with expert product knowledge, they utilize proper selling techniques to assist customers throughout every step of the transaction process, always positively representing the New Balance brand.
MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- To achieve personal key performance indicators and contribute to overall store performance
- Deliver total customer satisfaction to every customer, following the end-to-end customer journey – from entering the store to leaving the store
- Play an integral part in the execution of inventory management
- Assist store leadership with opening and closing the store and support day to day operational functions in store.
- Familiarity with cash register functions and adaptable to point of sales programs
- Uphold and communicate visual merchandising and brand standards
- Adhere to company’s policies and procedures
REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS:
- Should be a people person!
- Past retail experience is an advantage, but not necessary
- Strong customer service and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to flourish in a team environment
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule that may include weekends and holidays
- Required to work minimum of 9 hours per day or 44 hours a week
