• Support the company’s Salesforce line of business

• Deliver technical and functional work as specified by the customer requirements

• Manage all work and personnel as technical or functional lead in such projects as required or assigned

• Assist internal and external project managers in ensuring professional and complete project hygiene

• Support and ensure proper and timely project reporting to internal and external stakeholders

• Support the management of key stakeholder relationships with project leaders

• Assist the company in training and developing junior Salesforce resources
