Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on Senior Store Manager to lead the operations of 3 to 4 F&B outlets. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and operational skills, with proven experience managing both front-of-house and kitchen operations. You will be responsible for ensuring high standards of service, operational efficiency, and profitability across all assigned stores.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of 3–4 F&B outlets, ensuring smooth coordination between front-of-house and kitchen teams.
- Lead, train, and motivate store managers and team members to deliver exceptional service and meet performance targets.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards, hygiene regulations, and company operating procedures.
- Manage staffing needs, scheduling, and labor cost control across outlets.
- Manage and plan budgets, perform sales forecasting, and conduct P&L (Profit & Loss) analysis to ensure financial health and profitability.
- Monitor inventory, purchasing, and stock control to minimize waste and cost.
- Analyze store performance data and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
- Handle escalated customer issues and operational challenges in a timely and professional manner.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and development of store-level staff.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in F&B management, including experience managing multiple outlets (3–4 preferred).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, coach, and motivate diverse teams.
- Hands-on experience in both front-of-house and kitchen operations. Cooking experience is an advantage.
- Proficiency in budgeting, sales forecasting, and P&L management.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene practices, and standard operating procedures.
- Able to travel between outlets and work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
