What You'll Do
Be the face and voice of our brand, ensuring each guest feels welcome and well cared for:
- Greet and engage guests with genuine warmth and attention
- Manage reservations, walk-ins, and phone inquiries efficiently
- Coordinate seating and guest flow for smooth operations
- Recognize returning guests and add a personal touch
- Work closely with teammates to maintain high service standards
- Handle feedback professionally and help us improve
- Step in to assist with front-of-house tasks when needed
- Friendly, confident, and calm even during busy times
- Service-oriented with a proactive, team-first attitude
- Previous F&B or hospitality experience preferred Strong communicator who enjoys working in a team setting
