Serve as the key liaison between customers and the workshop. Responsible for receiving vehicles, understanding customer service needs, preparing repair orders, coordinating with technicians, and ensuring timely and satisfactory service delivery. Aims to provide excellent customer service and support workshop efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Attend to customer at frontline and all phone call received
- Create quotations for all customer repairs and advise them accordingly
- Translate customer reported problems to acitionable work orders for technicians to complete
- Invoice and collect payment from customers for service rendered
- Maintain customer records and enter data into computer databases
- Provides simplified and quality services to all customers professionally
- Works as a team closely to fill up any possible service gaps
- Embrace self responsibilities for all customers and strive for continuous improvement
- Demostrate professionalism, integrity and independency at work
- Ability to react accordingly to work contingencies and requirement
Requirements
- Completed Secondary School
- Minimum 1 year and above experience
